Stephan Bonnar is a UFC Hall of Famer and world-class mixed martial arts legend. He has an extensive background in combat sports. Bonnar has earned black belts in both Tae Kwon Do and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Bonnar trained under the legendary Carlson Gracie Sr., a Two-time Chicago Golden Gloves Champion in the Super Heavyweight division, he has also trained Muay-Thai in Thailand, under the legendary Kryod Tong at the world-famous Sityodtong Gym.

In 2005, Bonnar was the runner-up on “The Ultimate Fighter” on Spike TV. His fight against Forrest Griffin at the“TUF 1 Ultimate Fighter Finale” is widely considered one of the most important fights in UFC history. The fight has long been touted by UFC President, Dana White, as having saved the UFC and bringing the sport of MMA into the mainstream.

During his professional career, Bonnar has competed in the Light-Heavyweight division of both the UFC and Bellator MMA. He fought legends like Anderson Silva and Jon Jones.

Bonnar’s passion for the sport has lead him to Real MMA, which he describes as the top MMA promotion in the country. “It so important for young fighters to get with a promotion as a vehicle to get their name out in the sport. For me, coming up it was The Ironheart Crown.”

I’m coming to RealMMA to let these young fighters know that this is a quality organization that’s here to stay. It’s the perfect place to build a fan base, sell your merch, and become a star.
